Core Competencies for Graduate Programs in Coexistence and Conflict Work

The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars has recently released a document authored by Mari Fitzduff, Director of the MA program on Coexistence and Conflict at Brandeis University. The document, entitled Core Competencies for Graduate Programs in Coexistence and Conflict Work lays out a proposed set of knowledge and skills that may be central to success in peace and conflict resolution work. The hope is that the document will stimulate discussion around a shared set of competencies for CR work both academic and practice-oriented.
