Interactive Johari/Nohari Windows

The Johari Window idea, developed by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham as a model for mapping personality awareness, has become a useful method for talking about differences in perception. This interactive rendition of the Johari Window, produced by UK web developer Kevan, invites you to enter some information about how you perceive yourself and then invite friends or family to also evaluate you using the same form. The Nohari Window, similar in format, looks at negative traits and weaknesses, rather than more positive attributes.
