Check Your Knowledge of Conflict

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC) has an office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Conflict Prevention. One service they provide is a set of online materials helping to explain ADR and other conflict processes. The materials are located in a collection called Check Your Knowledge of Conflict. Short questions, most often multiple choice in format, get you thinking about conflict resolution, with links to the correct answers helping to firm up your understanding of key ideas. The materials cover the following topic areas:
Check Your Knowledge
What Is Alternative Dispute Resolution?
Check Your Knowledge of Conflict
Mediation
Conflict Checklist (a pdf)
Communication
Perception
Listening Self Inventory
Role of the Mediator
