Schwartz Lecture on Dispute Resolution - Webcasts from the Ohio State Moritz College of Law

The Schwartz Lecture on Dispute Resolution was established in 1992 as a result of the generosity of the late Stanley Schwartz Jr. ‘47 and the Schwartz family. The last three lectures have been webcast and are available online for viewing (see links below). Each lecture is also published in the interdisciplinary Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, in keeping with Mr. Schwartz’s interest in the promotion of scholarly publication in the area of dispute resolution.

The topics covered so far have included the following:

2002-03: “Gender, Human Rights, and Peace Agreements,” Christine Chinkin, Professor of Law at the London School of Economics
