Self-Help Reading Materials from the University of Colorado Ombuds Office

Ombuds Office  The University of Colorado’s Ombuds Office works to support constructive conflict resolution on their campus. One way that they support this is by providing thoughtful reading materials for patrons to help them resolve their own conflicts in effective and non-escalatory ways. Lots of good stuff here.
