Working with HEIs to Develop Mediation Training in the UK

The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) has been supporting work to improve dispute resolution within higher education in the UK. The initiative known as Improving Dispute Resolution: Transforming Policy and Practice in Dispute Resolution in HEIs has released a number of reports that should be of interest to higher education conflict resolution folks. Of particular value is the Strand C report on developing campus mediation training. It includes a list of links to existing in-house mediation services available in the UK. See document links below…
