Neighbourhood Mediation Kit from Queensland Australia

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General of Queensland have put together a nice 20-page Neighborhood Mediation Kit, available as a pdf (2.6 MB), that gives advice on how to approach a neighbor when you have a conflict, as well as explaining the mediation process. What is somewhat unique about the kit is that it contains a pre-mediation workbook designed to help a party get prepared for mediation.
