The Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE), initial funder of the Conflict Management in Higher Education Resource Center, has scheduled four upcoming technical assistance workshops at sites across the country to help prospective applicants develop fundable proposals for the FY 2005 Comprehensive Program competition.
