AAA has a mediation video about an accounting and insurance dispute.

The Academy of Family Mediators
AFM has videotapes on mediation, both demonstrating mediation techniques
and discussing approaches to issues in family mediation. AFM also
has videotapes about sexual harassment, business disputes, teacher-parent

The Center for Restorative Justice and Mediation, School of
Social Work, University of Minnesota
The Center for Restorative Justice and Mediation has two videotapes
for sale. Both are about the restorative justice approach to criminal

The Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution, University of

Leonard Riskin developed four videos for teaching. They are widely
respected and used. There is an overview of ADR, two negotiation
tapes and one mediation tape. They are available from West Publishing,

John M. Haynes, Ph.D
John Haynes is a well known and respected mediator. Some of his

include guides to help instructors and viewers use them. There are
