New Documents Recently Added
to Campus-adr.org Site

Because we've just launched the site, everything is still pretty new. However, one significant new document is the Campus Mediation Program Evaluation Toolkit available at the Conflict Resolution Services Center building in the Research and Program Evaluation area. We have put the full document on the web, but also make available the print version for download as a MS Word file.

You'll also want to pay a call to the Conflict Management in Higher Education Report section of our site if you haven't been there in a while. Each quarterly issue provides lots of good new feature articles and reviews of resources and listings of new articles appearing in the periodicals.

We have plans and funds to commission a number of briefing paper on special topics of interest to portions of the higher education ADR field. On tap first is a piece by ombudsman Tim Griffin, exploring the similarities and differences between ombuds services and those provided by various campus mediation programs. This will be available sometime in May or June of 2002.
