New Con Res course prep

I have been asked to teach a new course encompassing negotiation, team building and conflict resolution. This will be a required course taught to 1st year students. I have a few questions: (1) Is there anyone else teaching conflict resolution to 1st year students? (2) Does anyone emphasize a transformative mediation approach? (3) Does anyone have experience having undergrads read parts of Bush & Folger, _The Promise . . ._?
