Hi. We conducting a study of the effectiveness of progams whose purpose is to mediate problems between room mates in college dorms. has anyone else done something like this? if so, what approach did you take?

After discussing some theories of student development, a case study concerning roommate conflicts in a university residence is used to explore how a developmental response to conflict could be employed by RAs.
