Program Coordinators Lounge
and Networking Center
Coordinating a campus conflict resolution service is one of the
more challenging jobs available to folks studying or working within
higher education. Coordinators often have to be innovative, creating
new solutions on the fly, they have to be patient dealing with
upset or unresponsive disputants, and they have to try and "market"
the idea of constructive conflict resolution to people who may
be good at creating or avoiding conflict, but not addressing it
directly. This can be tiring and often isolating work. Connecting
with others can help.
Visit our Discussion Board
for campus conflict resolvers.
We also offer the Case Review Room
for anonymous posting of cases for comment, and our searchable
directory of programs, providing links to others also working
in this field. And for those of you who might need a break, we
offer a "Rec Center" where we house our collection of
Fun and Games.
