Hi. Does any one have role plays they use for training student dons as mediators in solving roommat problems?

Site Roleplays collection is a start

- The campusadr.org website has a roleplays collection the provides a starting place for your search for training tools. You'll need to go to the campus skill training complex ie http://www.Campus-adr.org/Training_Complex/roleplays.html to check these out. You might also want to get a copy of the CD Allwyn Hall developed by Martha Harty at Carnegie Mellon University for training campus Residence Hall Assistants. You can read a bit about it at http://www.Campus-adr.org/Cyber/LReslife.html and find a link to the Heartwood Institute which sells the CD. Good luck!
