starting a new adr center for facult

Hi. My university is thinking of starting a program to mdiate problems between faculty memebrs and the university administration - things like pay raises, grievances, tenure appeals etc. We asked the faculty union to contribute financially but they said no. Does anyone out there have a similar program, and, if so, does the faculty contribute financially to help run it?

- It seems to me that the faculty mediation program at West Virginia University used to be a 50-50 Admin and Faculty Senate (or Union?) split. You could search the program directory provided on this site (see Conflict Resolution Services Center) for faculty programs, or specifically for West Virginia University and see if you can get some leads for people to talk to there.
