Description of the Issues in the Case:

4 roommates are living in a 2 bedroom apartment leased for 4. One roommate feels he has the right to have his girlfriend spend the night approximately 3 nights a week. The remaining 3 feel the girlfriend is around too much and not allowing us privacy. The roommate that has to share a bedroom with this couple 3 nights a week feels that the girlfriend should not be spending the night at all. The roommate that is sharing the bedroom wants out of the lease but can't find a subleaser or anyone who would be willing to sublease into his position.

Discussion was raised between 3 roommates. 4th roomate was not present. Notice was posted by roommate detailing that girlfriend was not welcome.
