Mediator Coach Training Video

This "Giving Helpful Feedback" session captured on video is a 42-minute presentation by Harvard Law School Lecturer Robert Bordone on providing helpful feedback.

It was offered to mediation coaches in preparation for a mediation training held by the student organization at Harvard working with the Harvard Mediation Program. The goal was to help coaches get ready for their work. It is viewable online but will requires Real Player to be installed on your computer.
