Evaluating Your Conflict Resolution Education Program

The full title of the manual is School Conflict Management: Evaluating Your Conflict Resolution Education Program - A Guide for Educators and Evaluators. While the manual is intended for K-12 educators, it does contain useful information for those at universities and colleges, especially if they are partnering with a local school program.
