(a student dispute)
General
Information:
(for Mediators/Observers/Disputants)
Terry and Chris are neighbors in the
residence hall, and they have gotten into conflicts
recently over noise and borrowed items. Last week the
RA on the floor overheard a shouting match between them.
Later, the RA was approached by Chris, who was complaining
about a broken pottery piece, insisting that Terry pay
for it. The RA recommended that they take their case
to the campus mediation center.
