Mastering Mediation

The Association for Student Judicial Affairs (ASJA) has a new mediation resource available. Mastering Mediation: A Guide for Training Mediators in a College and University Setting is a manual written by Rick Olshak. Individuals can use the 540 page binder to teach mediation skills to employees, faculty members, students, co-workers, community members and others who interact on campus. Mastering Mediation provides all information needed to construct four training tracks: basic, advanced, combined and an isolated in-service session.

Mastering Mediation can be purchased from the ASJA for $87.50, plus $7.50 for shipping and handling.
