Campus-ADR.org
has created an experimental on-line
case
review forum to support best practices in handling
campus conflict. The intended audience is people
who intervene in campus conflict as part of their
work or volunteer services. The case review forum
explores both hypothetical and real cases that have
been stripped of identifying information. The cases
are submitted anonymously through an online form,
after an initial review by the campus-ADR.org staff
to ensure appropriateness and confidentiality. Case
review readers can comment on the cases, or post
cases of their own for others to comment on.
Hopefully,
by using the case review forum, campus conflict
resolution programs can receive feedback on cases
they are currently dealing with, or cases they have
dealt with in the past.
Plese
remember that any ideas or information provided
by various respondents do not constitute legal advice
nor does it represent the views of the Campus Conflict
Resolution Resources site management.
