Due in late November or early December, Jossey-Bass Press is releasing the The Jossey-Bass Academic Administrator's Guide to Conflict Resolution by Sandra Cheldelin and Ann Lucas. It is a volume in the Jossey-Bass Academic Administrator's Guide series of books designed to help new academic administrators deal with common issues they will face in their role as manager. The book will include tips and hands-on suggestions for identifying the sources of conflict, mediating conflict, and methods of resolution in an academic setting.
