was "channeled" by Albie Davis in her
presentation "Dynamic
Conflict Management: The Wisdom of Mary Parker
Follett". The event occurred at the Beyond
Mediation: Strategies For Appropriate Early Dispute
Resolution In Special Education conference held
by CADRE in Washington, DC (2002).
In
her visit to Washington, Mary talks about the
value of conflict, the role of integration and
the risks of domination and war. In addition to
